Subsequent to the revision in the RBLR / CBLR by 0.50%, the effective Retail Basic Lending Rate (RBLR) of First Blue Home Finance Limited for Housing loans is 17.25% with effect from 1st August, 2011. The effective Commercial Basic Lending Rate (CBLR) of First Blue Home Finance Limited, for Non-Housing Loans is 21.25% with effect from 1st August, 2011.
